Visiting Rules and Hours

Dear visitors and patients, the healthcare team of this center makes every effort to provide high-quality services in an environment of respect and comfort.

We kindly ask you to comply with hospital regulations and share your valuable suggestions and feedback to help us improve the quality of services. The presence of attendants in clinical Departments, except for pediatric Departments, is not allowed. In special cases and when necessary for the patient, it is only permitted at the discretion of the physician or Department supervisor and with proper coordination.

Visiting Hours
- General inpatient Departments: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
- Pediatric inpatient Departments: Daily from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
- Adult CCU: Daily from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
- Pediatric CCU (Pediatric Internal ICU): Daily from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, only for mother or father.
- Pediatric ICU: Daily with Department supervisor coordination, only for mother or father.
- Adult ICU: Visiting is not allowed, except for long-term critically ill patients, and only with approval and coordination of the Department supervisor.
Important Regulations
- Maintaining silence and calm in all Departments is mandatory.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hospital premises.
- Children are not allowed as visitors in inpatient Departments.
- Due to limited parking space and to facilitate emergency services, private vehicles of visitors are not allowed inside the hospital premises.
- For temporary visiting permits, please refer to the information desk.
- Cooperation with Department staff, information desk, and security personnel plays an important role in maintaining order and calm in the hospital.
- Compliance with hospital regulations and respect for other patients' rights helps improve the quality of services.
