Adult congenital heart diseases department

Adult congenital heart disease department consists of multidisciplinary team of experienced congenital heart disease specialists for patients with congenital heart disease (CHD) who transitioned to adulthood. ACHD program offers comprehensive medical, interventional and surgical care.

It includes full range of diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, surgery, cardiac imaging such as CMR and CTA, electrophysiology services and more. The specialists help adult patients with ACHD to understand their heart condition, inform them about the medication they get, and also giving information about the marriage and family planning. We also have psychological counseling for the patients who have psychological problems.

This department accepts several cardiologists yearly in an eighteen months fellowship period for working in this field and provide also short courses training for residents of cardiology.
