Deputy of Treatment
The Deputy of Treatment is one of the most important departments of Shaheed Rajaie Cardiovascular Medical and Research Center. This department is responsible for treatment affairs, including observation of health services in admission and outpatient wards, equipment facilities, human resources, and supervision affairs.
This department aims to serve as an assessment center for observation, accreditation, and improvement of clinical services, and to become a model in the country and region by using available facilities, professional skills, and recent technologies.
Mission & Purposes
The mission of this department is to provide specialized and subspecialized services for treatment and rehabilitation of patients with cardiovascular diseases. These activities aim to maintain and improve community health and reduce the disease burden. The department provides standard, adequate, and satisfactory services for all members of society and is responsible for delivering the best services with the highest quality and the lowest possible cost for all patients.
Main Purposes
Planning to improve the quality of performance in subunits and enhance treatment quality in cooperation with physicians, experts, and other personnel.
Supervising the process of obtaining credits from the Ministry of Health for patients.
Maintaining and improving the quantity and quality of services according to current standards and patient expectations.
Improving the quality of health services in subunits through proposed solutions and continuous monitoring.
