Copyright and Licensing Restrictions

All RHC users must respect the copyrights rules of electronic resources Licensing Restrictions in all the resources that are available in any type through RHC libraries or network.

Copyright Restrictions

No copyrighted work may be copied, published disseminated, hosted, displayed, performed or played without printed copyright permission of the holder. No matter whether you study, do research or teach at RHC, issues about copyright should be observed strictly, both considering how you can use other people's material in your own work, and what rights you have to the material you have created by yourself.
Coping parts of e.g, a course book for private educational use is permitted, but coping thewhole entire book or printing an e-book in total is almost always prohibited. Any commercial use is forbidden

Licensing Restrictions

Licensed electronic resources are restricted to RHC members for purposes of research, teaching, and private study. Commercial use of these resources is prohibited in any case. Under RHC licenses for electronic resources access, users may not allowed to post content or items from the licensed materials to social networking sites, pass their access to any no authorized user, use the licensed materials for commercial purposes, sale of the licensed materials, download the electronic resources in a systematic way or reproduce, host or redistribute the licensed materials in bulk.

In any case of conflict, the terms and conditions of RHC Central Library contracts signed with the various suppliers are superiorly observed. RHC Central Library may terminate and ban the network and resource access of those users whose usage behavior disturb or violate the copyright & licenses Issues

حقوق مولفین و محدودیت های قانونی

کاربران انستیتو قلب و عروق شهید رجایی موظف به رعایت قوانین و حقوق مولف« و »مفاد قراردادهای منابع الکترونیک«، در مورد تمامی منابع قابل دسترس از طریق کتابخانه ها و شبکه اطلاع رسانی دانشگاه می باشند.              

محدودیت حقوق مولفین

امکان کپی، انتشار، توزیع، بارگذاری در سایت نمایش و اجرای تمامی منابع دارای حق مولف، بدون اخذ مجوز کتبی از صاحب آن منبع، وجود ندارد، رعایت قوانین و حقوق مولف در کلیه فعالیت های آموزشی و پژوهشی دانشگاه الزامی است. این الزام در خصوص همه منابع مورد استفاده و یا تولید شده توسط کاربران دانشگاه، باید رعایت شود.

کپی قسمتی از یک کتاب به منظور آموزش شخصی، مجاز است اما کپی کردن یک کتاب یا پرینت یک کتاب الکترونیک، همیشه ممنوع است. هرگونه استفاده تجاری از منابع ممنوع است.

محدودیت های قانونی

استفاده از منابع الکترونیک خریداری شده، محدود به کاربران انستیتو قلب و عروق شهید رجایی  و برای تامین نیازهای تحقیقاتی، آموزشی و مطالعات شخصی ایشان است. استفاده تجاری از این منابع به هر شکل ممنوع است. براساس قراردادهای منابع الکترونیک دانشگاه، کاربران اجازه ارسال منابع با بخش هایی از آن را به شبکه های اجتماعی، در اختیار گذاردن رمز عبور و دسترسی خود به سایر افراد غیرمجاز، استفاده تجاری، فروش و دانلود منابع به صورت پیوسته و یا باز نشر، توزیع مجدد یا بارگذاری آن ها در سایر سایت ها را ندارند.

در صورت وجود هرگونه تضاد، شرایط و ضوابط قراردادهای امضاء شده کتابخانه مرکزی انستیتو قلب و عروق شهید رجایی  با ناشرین مختلف، ملاک عمل خواهد بود. کتابخانه مرکزی انستیتو قلب و عروق شهید رجایی ، مجاز است به منظور محدود کردن و یا قطع دسترسی به شبکه و منابع اطلاعاتی کاربرانی که مفاد قراردادها و قوانین حقوق مولفین را رعایت نکرده و یا نقض نمایند، اقدام نماید.
